Visit of KISTA Science City: Northern Europe’s and one of the world’s leading business districts for Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Hosted by the Stockholm Business Region (SBR) and Kista Mobile & Multimedia Network (KM&MN), the visit will include 2 short presentations by SBR & KM&N as well as the possibility to meet some of the most interesting technologies start-ups, innovators and entrepreneurs in Sweden.Participation to this visit is free of charge. Option 2: Training course and Legal workshop
Presented by SVCA law practice sponsors, Vinge and Mannheimer Swartling this workshop will focus on legal matters in connection with later stage investments, in particular VC-funding. The session will include elements that require active participation from all attendees and will seek to deepen the participants’ knowledge of shareholders’ agreements and other legal documentation.
